(zwany dalej: Programem) na najlepsze projekty polegaj\u0105ce na wsparciu tworzenia o\u015brodk\u00f3w wsparcia \u201eSenior+\u201d, w tym Dziennych Dom\u00f3w \u201eSenior+\u201d i Klub\u00f3w \u201eSenior+\u201d oraz wsparciu funkcjonowania ju\u017c istniej\u0105cych o\u015brodk\u00f3w wsparcia utworzonych w ramach programu wieloletniego \u201eSenior+\u201d na lata 2015-2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na realizacj\u0119 Programu zaplanowano kwot\u0119 60 mln z\u0142otych. O dofinansowanie w formie dotacji celowej z bud\u017cetu pa\u0144stwa mog\u0105 ubiega\u0107 si\u0119 jednostki samorz\u0105du terytorialnego szczebla gminnego, powiatowego oraz wojew\u00f3dzkiego, kt\u00f3rych strategie rozwoju pomocy spo\u0142ecznej uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105 rozw\u00f3j infrastruktury dla os\u00f3b starszych lub w kt\u00f3rych brak jest innej infrastruktury pomocy spo\u0142ecznej tego typu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W ramach Programu jednostki samorz\u0105du terytorialnego mog\u0105 ubiega\u0107 si\u0119 o uzyskanie \u015brodk\u00f3w finansowych przeznaczonych na jednorazowe wsparcie finansowe na utworzenie i wyposa\u017cenie plac\u00f3wki oraz na zapewnienie<br>funkcjonowania ju\u017c istniej\u0105cych plac\u00f3wek. Dofinansowane b\u0119d\u0105 jedynie projekty jednoroczne, tj. realizowane i zako\u0144czone wy\u0142\u0105cznie w 2022 roku.
